Bethlehem Supper

Every year prior to Christmas, Jim's family has a Bethlehem supper. We all come dressed in our robes with scarfs on our heads, and everyone sits on the floor to eat by candle light and enjoy a dinner that consists of; pita bread, figs, prunes, oranges, strings cheese, cottage cheese, grapes, cucumbers, and other random things. It is fun to eat on the floor in a different environment. Lora Beth enjoys doing this dinner and then having a small nativity re-enactment followed by a small talent show. It has been a very fun family tradition.

Snow!!

Thank you for always plowing the streets but when you leave MASSIVE snow boulders in front of our driveway it makes it really hard to get into the driveway.

Thanksgiving

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving this year! On Thursday we went to my Mom and John's for a huge Thanksgiving dinner, then Friday we went to Lora Beth's for another big family feast.

I didn't know the pilgrims worshiped the Indians?

Even the Elders joined us for Thanksgiving. One Elder is Canadian and doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, but he still enjoyed a fun party and some yummy food.

As you can see it was a packed house. There was tons of yummy food!

On Friday we went Jim's family party. Again, there was lots of tasty food and fanstic company. We enjoyed some fun games of Sequence and Ticket to Ride.

Spooky Halloween

I know it is way past Halloween but I am finally getting around to posting about it. We all went to my Mom and John's house for a big Halloween party. We had so much in our costumes and playing a bunch of different games.

I think my pumpkin got a tummy ache from eating too much candy!

Lake Powell with Co-Workers

A bunch of friends and co-workers went to Lake Powell in October. It was a ton of fun to relax in the warm sun and enjoy each others company. Jim wasn't able to go so I brough my friend Tyna. We had a blast!

4th year anniversary

Jim and I celebrated out 4th anniversary at Payson Lakes. It was a quick trip but we had a blast camping and enjoying the beautiful mountains.

Jim was so proud of his perfectly golden brown puffy marshmellows.

Girls Night with KayLynn and Bonny

Some of my best friends from High School got together recently to enjoy a fun girls night. We wanted to get togther before Bonny has her baby. I still can't believe that Bon Bon is prego! Congrats Bon!
